It is our experience that support done remotely via the internet is the most cost effective and efficient way for us to assist our clients in a timely manner. Because most of our clients are located in relatively remote areas of the province, we have established a reliable and easy to use remote support system through LogMeIn Rescue. Clients needing support simply need to call us to request online support, and within minutes we can be "on your desktop" helping you out.
